As an Artist or group of artists you may want or need an Exclusive Agent to handle your bookings and business affairs.
This is a comprehensively drafted five page, nineteen clause music legal contract with Clauses regarding but not limited to: confidentiality, exclusivity of agent’s services, agent’s duties, agent’s compensation, merchandise sales agreement, termination and non-assignment.

Herein this Agreement is between the above named and below signed Agent and/or Agency (herein called the “Agent”) and the above named and below signed Band (herein called the “Band”).
HENCE, in consideration of the promises, and of the mutual undertakings herein contained, and for other good and valuable considerations, the above named and below signed Band and the above named and below signed Agent agree as follows:
1. The above named and below signed Band hereby agrees to sign the above named and below signed Agent to “exclusive services” to the exclusion of all others, to perform the following duties:
(i) to keep current and accurate accounting and banking records and to carry on any and all business dealings and correspondences for and on behalf of the Band’s professional career,
(ii) to reserve studio time and assist in the hiring of any and all back-up singers/vocalists and/or musicians for the purpose of making studio and/or live performance recordings including but not limited to: phonographs, CDs, DVDs, cassettes and Internet Downloads and recordings by any and all electronic means known now or in the future,
(iii) to assist the Band in obtaining offers of, and to negotiate, commercial engagements for the Band's professional career,
(iv) to actively promote and publicize the Band's name and talents,
(v) to cooperate with any and all duly constituted . . . continued
6. In consideration of the services to be rendered by the Agent hereunder, the Band agrees to pay to the Agent any and all commissions equal to the percentages set forth below, of the gross moneys received by the Band, whether directly or indirectly, for each and every engagement on which commissions are payable under this Exclusive Agreement. 17. With consideration and respect to the fact that the Band is able to secure employment at establishments throughout the world, and is further able to secure agents throughout the same area, it is difficult and costly for the Agent to ascertain the names of agents subsequently engaged by the Band or to ascertain the number of or value of subsequent engagements . . . continued
