Artist-Broadcaster Promotional Consideration

As an independent band, independent singer or independent musician you will have Master Recordings from your studio or live performances that you will want to have airplay on the radio, satellite or internet by a Broadcaster. Your visit may include a performance.

This six page, twelve clause legal music contract includes but is not limited to the following music contract Clauses; broadcast right, suitable airplay material, promotion, compensation, and reversion rights.

The music contract Form of this music contract grants the Rights to the broadcast while the Performer retains any and all Rights to the content. This music contract Form will be used for the promotional visit to a radio broadcast for a one time talk appearance.

There are four Forms of this music contract Agreement. The first music contract Agreement Royalties are earned for the artist’s performance. The second music contract Agreement is the short form. The third music contract Agreement there is no compensation for the artist’s performance. The fourth music contract Agreement there is a one time compensation/payment for the artist’s performance.

Herein the term Broadcast includes Radio, Television, Internet and Satellite transmissions and/or any other means of transmission to the viewing and/or listening public. HENCE, in consideration of the promises, and of the mutual undertakings herein contained, and for other good and valuable considerations, the above named and below signed Artist and the above named and below signed Broadcaster agree as follows: 1. The Artist hereby agrees to perform for the Broadcaster for the purposes of recording a Performance. The Artist hereby grants permission to record Artist’s Performance for the sole purpose of re-broadcast at the dates and location detailed in Appendix “A” attached hereto. 2.The Artist may choose the material suitable for airplay by notifying the Program within _______________________________ days of the date of performance.
