Mock Business Plan Help…?

At university we have to set up a mock business and set up a business plan and presentation. We are making special boots for music festivals and I have to write a bit on our future premises. This would involve selling in high street stores as well as places like ASDA etc. Anyone know what i could write..? A paragraph of just a start to one….?
