Dame Elizabeth Taylor has taken our breath away on more than one occasion as appearing in public being mesmerizingly beautiful. Who can forget her 75th birthday when she was dressed in white and wearing millions of dollars worth of diamond? There was the 1970 Academy award ceremonies with her 69 carat diamond places o her chest. She was tanned and wearing a sapphire gown. She was 38. Her first wedding in 1950, she was 18. And then there is the beginning of this clip. This event was her 55th birthday gala in February 1987. Her red gown and deep tan was spellbinding. Photo appeared in magazines depicting this event for years to come. No matter what color she wears, she becomes and maintains to be a vision of pure beauty.
