Question by paulinepandapants: how can health and safety issues and legislation affect a standard form business contract?
Im trying to write a seminar for uni and i understand both issues but i cant quite link them together to answer the question at the end!
Can anyone pleeeease help??

A contract may call for an act to be performed in a certain way. If laws change in a way that makes performance impossible or illegal under the new law, then the contract is voidable or void.
