You can do some research and actually buy containers at the link below. Ask questions of the sellers and they could probably answer more fully.
I deal with hundreds of these containers every year, going every conceivable place, from Canada and Mexico, to Europe and Asia. I can tell you that the paperwork involved varies wildly, not only by country, but by receiving company.
