I have a question to ask everyone…?

Question by **STAR**: I have a question to ask everyone…?
This has absolutely nothing to do with music, entertainment or whatever and I’m sorry, I just thought I’d get a big variety of opinions here. I just want a second opinion of this email I received from Craigslist about a job ad I had replied to a while ago. I just wanted to know if I’m the only one who is thinking this is a scam and trust me I WILL NOT be giving this person my credit score this way, even if it is not a scam, just want others opinions.. I know it’s a bit long but please read…

“Hello

Thank you for showing your interest in our Doctors Office position. The position we are hiring is for front desk help. You will answer phones, set appointments, file paperwork, and anything that the Doctor ask of you. Here we have 3 local offices and you might be asked to move around to during the day. You will always clock in and out of our central location and take a company van to one of the other offices if needed. There are also time the Doctor will ask you to go to Sam’s to buy stuff like Napkins, trash bags, and other office supplies. Since you will need to be able to drive a company van as needed, you must be 18 and have a valid driver’s license.

If interested in the job, please send us your resume, with three personal references with phone numbers, that have known you at least 1 year, and that are not related to you. Also make sure that we have your correct phone number so we can call you in for an interview. Also to be able to ad you on our company insurance you must have a credit score of 450 or better. Please go to National Credit Report and get a free credit check, then email me back your scores with your resume. Once I get these documents in my hand I will call you in for an interview. Thank you,

Ginger Riggens

Office Manager”

That is definitely a scam as I don’t understand why they would need your credit score.
