I’m looking for information like: supplier to retailer agreement (contract) template; is there a database where I can search for companies that sell my type of product; any other information would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure of any specific forms of info for this process. I would think that if you approach the companies that you think would be a fit for your item and talked to them you will find many of them to be willing to add your item to their product line.Companies are always looking to add to their catalog especially if it fits and they can earn from it with only adding it and not shipping it.
