Question by HannahBanana: Music Production people, what should I major in if I want to work in the A&R Department?
Okay, so I’m going to be graduating high school fairly soon. It’s time to start thinking about college. I’ve been involved with music my whole life. I know everything about music history, music theory, and all that stuff. But what I really want to do is work for a producing company as an A&R coordinator. I want to know what I should major in, and maybe how I should try to find who I want to work for. Also, if you have any tips on getting started, or finding an internship at a Producing company, ALL TIPS all appreciated (:
