how about the not-anymore-existing-ones? should i better find a good lawyer to advise me , instead?
i am aiming build a music site for trade songs and albums.from the 70’s till now.i will use vinyls and cd as my music capital.i am addressed global through the net.so how can i handle all these mixed copy demands?what about the old -very rare albums ?
should i hire a lawyer?

Find a lawyer. You have not given enough information here for any answer here to have any real use. ie, what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, for what audience, selling or not, how old the music is…. There are a lot of factors.
