Question by xxprotein: Should a church have an operating manual outside of the bible to help explain duties?
Being that church is becoming a daily operation not just worship service. Should persons working in church have contracts which spell out requirements for the position(s)
ie. custodians, musicians, administrator(s) secretary

I think so, yes. It helps things run smoothly. As long as it follows the standards and rules and guidelines of the Bible, it’s fine. Just remember, the Bible must be the basis of it!
