important questions u need to consider:
1. how many units have you sold / scanned
2. are you on a major / independent label
3. do you have a manager
4. what are your distribution channels like
5. do you have a live performance
6. do you have radio play
7. are you worth tickets to any promoter that buys the show through the agent or are you just wasting everyone’s time
8. do u understand contracts
9. are u looking for local support, regional support, or national support
10. do you know that agents compete for you if you’re marketable and you have a name
