Question by jedi master ben: When is legal for sprint to extend a contract and make plan changes with out the customers permission?
yes i use to be a sprint customer and employee and thay screwed me over both as an employee and even more screwed over as a customer i one day back in 2008 called sprint to see if there was a new lower priced plan out there that had Unlimited text and mins and thay told me about the Simply every thing plan and it was $ 99.99 a month witch was even more than i was paying b4 and i told the csr well no not right now let me think about it and call me back in 3 days well it was 3 days after that call and thay diddent call me back so i called them and that was when i found out thay the rep had changed my plan with out my permission and of course per his notes he claims i told him to change the plan that day so i also had found out thay had extended my two year contract witch in 08 i was with them for one year so my Original 2 year would have ended in feb of 09 but sense this ass hole had extended my 2 year contract the FIRST time in 08 with changing me to the simply every thing plan witch he hadn’t explained that to me the day when he was telling me about that NEW plan in order to be put on it you had to extend your 2 year contract well ok thin i got my phone stolen from me in 08 it was a samsung aa900 one of the best dam cell phones ever made well i went to the new sprint Studio in down town kansas city mo home of the sprint center and thay had told me that the a900 was no longer avabile so that gave me the lg music phone for free as a Replacement but they never told me buy giving me that phone as a free Replacement phone that it would again extend my 2 year contract witch it did but some how that was 2 2 year contracts on my account and thay said no i could not cancel with out paying the eft until 2012 and thay said if i canceled b4 2012 my etf would be $ 450.00 instead of $ 200.00 and i told them i use to be an employee and i know thay can’t get away with this and do this legally and thay told me oh yes we can how can i file a lawsuit against them for this because thinks to sprint i have bad credit now it is on all 3 of my credit reports that i owe sprint $ 1498.57 thay tryed to still charge me for service from may 2008 to may 2012 on the simply every thing plan at the rate of $ 99.99 a month plus the $ 450.00 etf i want to sue them for at least $ 450,000.00 and send them a massage thay can’t do this to there customers and get away with it so i need to know how can i get a lawyer for free to go after them and get em how can thay get away with this i want them tp pay for doin this to me and i want to get it out there that not all sprint csr,s are employeed through sprint as well

Nope in Canada Rogers tried to do just that and they got sued now they have to pay back 10 million dollars. Firstly try to get your money from customer service.

Make a. Complaint to the better business bureau. Take it from there but let them make it right.
