Where do I start when drafting a Policy or Contract?

Question by kdk23: Where do I start when drafting a Policy or Contract?
I am starting an At-Home Day Care business and need to begin drafting my policies and contracts. I have gotten so much information I feel overloaded and now have writters block. Can anyone give me some simple instructions? Perhaps a template of some sort?
